Hello, I'm having the same unresolved issue as many others here. I am using a UP2414Q which does not wake from sleep. The power LED jitters erratically and usually the monitor cable must be unplugged from the displayport.

I have an AMD Radeon HD 7900 Series with the 14.12 AMD Catalyst Omega Software driver running in Windows 8.1 x64.
