Go to SolutionUP2716D, power button beep on older one
I have two UP2716Ds, one older than the other. The older one sounds a useful beep when the power button is pressed but the newer one does not. I'd like to know whether this results from a design change, or a fault, or perhaps my not knowing how to turn the beep on. Looking forward to replies!

We tried reaching you on a private message asking for both of the UP2716D Service Tag numbers but did not receive a response. Also, check the rear labels for the build dates and A0x revision of both. Please feel free to reply to the private message whenever you are available.

See the online UP2716D User's Guide page 49. Change "Button Sound" to On.
