PowerConnect 3024 Lockups

We currently have 4 PowerConnect 3024s.
Hardware Version: PC-3024-00
Boot ROM Version: 4.5.2214
Software Version: 6.0.4.2492
Anyway, they all seem to be having issues and Dell can not figure out what it is. Last time I called I was running the most recent firmware (I tried looking again to see if there was an upgrade but couldn't find the page.. I'll look again in a few minutes), and the tech had no explination for my problem.
Basically the switches will run fine for 4 or 5 weeks. Then they will just lockup. They will stop responding to SNMP queries, and begin to drop ARP requests and ARP packets. Then eventually they will just stop passing all traffic. At this point a powercycle does them just fine.
Anyone have any thoughts on this?
