PowerConnect & RiverStone Switch

Dear Support,
 
I would like to know if there's some special configuration to make trunk and vlan pass when connecting two swicth in trunk.
 
PowerConnect 5324 ---- RiverStone Switch.

    I think your question is too broad of a topic and I just don't know where to start discussing it.  You need to narrow things a bit.  If you are not familiar with how VLAN works or how VLAN trunks are typically used, then you might want to first do some reading to familiarize with the technologies.  There are many available sources online.  You might want to do a google search on VLANs to get a general idea of how to apply the technology.

    After that if you have specific question on how to setup VLAN - if you want to know syntax and such for the 5324 then you can review the documentation for the switch section on VLAN configuration here:
