but i dont see S4820T in compatibility list for this cable and also part number is missing

Strange that some part numbers are interpreted in certain countries differently.

For example:

27GG5 - QSFP+ to SFP+ Full-duplex 4-channel Copper Cable, 3 Meter

is same as

470-AAXG- (QSFP+) to 4 x 10GbE SFP+ Passive Copper Breakout Cable 3 M

The reseller asked Dell product manager to check that this type with part number is compatible.
