Harware/Software/Computer & Network Details:
I own a dell xps 15 laptop computer, specs dont matter too much here (I hope). The only thing i opted differently for was to get a Intel Centrino Advanced-N 6230 instead of the normal wireless card, for faster internet connectivity. I use windows 7. I use cox high speed internet, and my hard wired router is a Linksys BEFSR81 (or something like that) and the wireless router I have connected to that is a Netgear WG102. The WLAN button on the netgear is flashing, not sure if that helps here. I used to have a static ip through the linksys, and it worked fine before yesterday. I changed it back to dynamic and unforwarded my minecraft server I was hosting, so this is all dynamic ips, with no changes being made. As for my network, I have a hardwired and wireless internet connection. There are a total of 3 computers running on the hardwired network, and 1 laptop (mine) on the wireless. There is also sometimes two iPad 2's and one iPhone 4s on the wireless network. We have somewhere between 12 to 50 mbps speed for our internet. 

The Problem:
The problem I have been having with Internet connectivity only started happening recently (yesterday) when I got home from a couple days out of town. I hadn't connected to any different internet out of town. I came back and tried to connect my laptop, it worked, but my internet browser (google chrome) wouldn't go to any sites. However, skype worked (partially) and spotify played music on the radio (which required internet). Now, the only way I can get online is by shutting my dell so it goes to sleep, and then opening it again and quickly going to google. Everything works fine, internet is blazing fast, facebook works, everything. However, within 5 minutes, my computer will stop connecting to any websites. The only exception to this is facebook - for some reason I can browse the site, bringing up new profiles and whatnot, but I can't go to google - it just says "cannot resolve proxy". The problem simply is that after simple internet browsing, I am still connected to the netgear wireless but i can't go to any webpages. The hardwired computers are having no problem at all connected.

Basically what I am asking here is if anyone has experienced these problems. My hypothesis for this is that the network is overloaded, and that the network simply kicks me off after a bit. However, I'm not sure this is the problem and i defenitely don't have a solution to that problem. So, can anyone help me out here?
