Dynamic VLAN-assigning with Powerconnect 3448 and FreeRadius

I am looking for possibilities to assign VLANs to RADIUS-authenticated users. The Users are authenticated through EAP-TLS on a Freeradius.

The scenario is as follows:
If a user is allowed to join the network (authentication success) all his traffic should go in to VLAN 110, if a user is not allowed (authentication no success -> guest) the user should be passed in to vlan 100.

The authentication works fine but I do not reach the right VLAN. I always be passed in to the default VLAN #1. I have following freeradius-configuration.

DEFAULT Auth-Type := EAP
Tunnel-Type = 13,
Tunnel-Medium-Type = 6,
Tunnel-Private-Group-Id = 110

On the Powerconnect 3448 i have set up the VLANs.
Is the Powerconnect able to solve my requirements or do I have to choose an other product.

If it is able... what is going wrong?

Thank you for your answers!
