Latitude D531 RIS network driver on a RIS image

Now I’m working on the deployment of XP through RIS (network boot) for the latitude D531.
I start the Windows installation, then choose the D531 profile that I've setup.
The install process immediately fails, and I get a message telling me that there are no drivers for the network card.
But I’ve already put the D531 network driver in the \drivers\nic subdirectory of the RIS profile and I’ve modified the files accordingly :

“Original version:

[Manufacturer]
%BRCM% = BROADCOM, NTx86.5.1

[ControlFlags]
ExcludeFromSelect = *

[BROADCOM.NTx86.5.1]

Revised version:

[Manufacturer]
%BRCM% = BROADCOM

[ControlFlags]
ExcludeFromSelect = *

[BROADCOM]

“

I've also tested the method described here :

But the error message remains the same.

help me plz.:smileyvery-happy:

    Why do this when you create Norton Ghost images from one machine and then run network setup of the ghost images? In this way you wouldnt even have to install the apps over and over again.

    In case if it is not working out for you use Microsoft Deployment or use. group policy to install the driver at the startup of all these computers one time, point that to the network location you have the driver. This is risky at times considering the number of network worms that prevail.
