I was in the States recently and purchased from a store an INSPIRON 15 with Windows 7, I live in Australia, and found when I got back here that the wireless connection does not work outside the States. I was not informed of this problem when I purchased the laptop. I tried to contact Dell australia and the express service # was noted as invalid same when I tried to contact the States.  Anyway all I want to know is how I can get the wireless connection working do I need to get a new connection? and if so who installs it as I do not want to breach any warranties etc?
