OMIVV 4.1 Connection Profile Error

OMIVV v4.1.0.1599

I created a connection profile and added hosts to it.  When I run the "test selected connection profile", 4 out of the 18 hosts show an "Fail - Unsupported System" error under the iDrac column.  I first had 6 hosts erroring out like this, but I went and updated the iDrac firmware (idrac7/8) to 2.50.50.50.  When I reran the test, two host errors went away, but I still have these four left.  They are all 13g R930 boxes.  I have other R930's that work fine with this test, just these four error out.

    Hi,

Are you able to access the iDRAC GUI?  Resetting the iDRAC may also help.

Yes, I can login to the gui just fine.  That is how I updated the firmware to 2.50.50.50.  I ssh'd to the idrac's and ran racadm racreset.  I came back about an hour or some later and re-ran the test connection profile and get the same error "Failed - Unsupported System"

Can you try deleting those servers from the profile and adding them again?

I deleted the connection profile and recreated it with all the hosts it had and I still get the same error on 4 of the hosts "Failed - Unsupported System"

    Hi,

Make sure, servers are running on latest iDRAC firmware.

Delete connection profile from OMIVV, restart management agents in ESXi. Then create connection profile and perform test connection for the same.

Latest version of OMIVV ( i.e., OMIVV 4.2 ) is available.

    Thanks,
