Is there anyone that knows where I may download a 3D step file for the OptiPlex 3080 Micro BTX and OptiPlex Micro VESA Mount with AC Adapter Bracket?

I am doing a design of a demo kit that is housed in a industrial suitcase and this includes a 3D layout for manufacture.
