Hello, I’m looking to upgrade the video card in my Dell optiplex 5070 sff. I was wanting to buy a gtx 1650 low profile, but the PCI E x16 is below the X4 slot. The X4 slot is also open ended. Will the gtx 1650 work in the X4 slot and will the X4 slot provide enough power? Thank you
