No boot up
Okay so when my 9020 turns on it goes straight to a black screen with a horizontal cursor at the top left corner and i got it to go load this screen but i dont really know whats going on

Would i upload it in this screen and or what screen would that be and how do i get to it oh and i already tried reinstalling the bios also where would i get the windows 10 download

Your pc is able to POST (shown by your bios screenshot) but can not find a bootable device to boot into OS. Go check inside bios > drive > sata whether it detects a sata hdd/ssd. It yes then try to do a clean install of Windows 10 on the hdd using Microsoft Windows 10 media creation tool prepared usb drive.
