I'm trying to solve a problem with Google Chrome in that it won't start. To cut a long story short the issue may have been caused by removing some pre-installed software, possibly a VPN. I did indeed remove something, but according to Dell Technical Support, there was nothing pre-installed apart from Microsoft 365 (in multiple languages) and McAfee.

I have had a quick look through Event Viewer and can't find anything, so I hoped that someone out there could enlighten me.
