I have read the forum where most contributors have the two port models.  There is only one Display port on the UFF model.   I had this unit returned by a customer for they moved this unit to a new area with a new monitor and it would not work,  I tried the suggestion that you turn the monitor on first and i have tried it with a  new and an older model. I have also replaced the cabling.   After about 20 tries, I actually had an error message come on the screen and said I needed to restart.  I think I made the mistake of restarting for that was the last time I was able to get anything up on the monitor.   

I am going to try and send it back to the Distributor for if I can't get it to a monitor, I obviously cannot download any fixes if in fact there are any.
