Problem with MEBx on Optiplex XE2

Hello.
I have a problem with MEBx on Optiplex XE2.
I enabled hotkey in BIOS, and hotkey "CTRL + P" don't work. If i press F12 on DELL screen, i have not MEBx on screen.
BIOS version A26
CPU - Core i7-4770s
