Hello,

I am planning to install the Dell Array Manager 3.6 onto a PowerEdge 2500, with a PERC 3/Di controller, in order to make managing the current RAID-5 array somewhat easier. My question is, as this is a production server, will I need to reboot the server to complete the install?

Also, as I have seen that a recommendation is to update the PERC firmware prior to loading Array Manager, what is the easiest way to find the firmware revision of the controller? If it helps, I do have the Command Line Interface (FAST) installed.
