AMD GPUs gone after BIOS update
My office has two Dell Precision 3510 mobile workstations with switchable AMD Firepro W5130M discrete graphics cards. After updating to Windows 10 21H2 and bios to 1.30.3 the graphics cards are no longer detected. Neither in windows nor in the BIOS. The switchable graphics option in the BIOS is gone. Does anybody in Dell support know about this issue.

The service tags have been provided and I am expecting a response on this thread. As said there is not trace of the Graphics Card in the system. I will run a hardware diagnostic and see the results.

There is no record of the above in Dell Diagnostics analysis. So we have reached a dead end.

I have a similar problem, only the BIOS diagnostics have a different error. Did you manage to fix this problem?0

Mine has also not been working .I updated the Bios some months ago from the dell drivers page .It was working at first but after some time it stopped working. My net 3.5 is also refusing to install , I dont know in one caused the other not to work

The same thing happens to me, I have tried several versions of the BIOS to get the graphics to appear again, but nothing yet.
