I'm having troubles with a notebook I've purchased from an authorised Microsoft Refurbisher in Germany. I wanted to contact the DELL technical support, but when I enter the service tag, it says the device is registered in Columbia. The 7760 was sold as new! Now what is wrong and what can I do?
