Per this C3760dn 8 year old thread, I tried this on my C3765dnf and it didn't work. Is there a different process to reset the password?

I didn't forget my set password, the web service just won't accept my current one - keeps repeating the entry process forever without failing to authenticate (unless I press cancel).
