Hi. We have a Dell 2335DN MFP in our office and all seems to be working well. The only concern is the file size of PDF documents that are generated during a scan. All possible options are used to reduce file size (have tried grayscale and B/W, 150 dip, etc..) and cannot manage to bring the size of these documents down to a reasonable size. Average scan is between 200-400KB, which is considerably large for the low quality settings of the scan, and this cause our email system to become bogged with extra load from these large files being sent. Is there anything that can be done to further reduce the size? Thanks.
