I was did a firmware upgrade yesterday and all appeared well... This morning the printer was off and when I turn it on I get the 061-317 error

I can't get rid of the error.

I can't rerun the firmware update (doesn't find it).

I don't seem to have the ability to load the firmware though with a usb key  (Can't find instructions anyways...)

 

HELP!!
