The driver for Windows 7 for Dell A960 All-in-one printer is not available. You may try to install the driver for Windows Vista from the following link ftp.us.dell.com/printer/R153052.exe .

If it does not work, you may try to install the driver in compatibility mode. It might work.

• Download the driver from the following link mentioned above
• Right Click the driver installation file and select Properties -- > Compatibility Tab.
• Select Windows Vista from the list in the following image
  
  
  
  
• Click Apply -- > OK
• Right Click the file and select the 'Run As Administrator' to install the driver

The link you gave does not work. When I click on it I am taken to a page that says the requested group can not be found ... whatever that means.

My Toshiba is 64 bit while my Vista is 32 bit. Are there individual driver downloads for each of these and if so should I then use the 64 bit?

Thank you for the response. Looks like there is some issue with the page. You may try to download the following file. Once you've downloaded the driver, try to install it normally. In case it doesn't work, try to install in compatibility mode.

If you have a 64 bit computer, then you would need to download and install 64 bit drivers and vice-versa.
