Flushing buffers and page cut-offs
Two problems:
We have a group of Dell M5200 and two problems keep arising with almost every single one of them.
First problem:
When trying to print envelopes through the MP Feeder, the printer will return a "flushing buffer" message on the printer display screen before killing the print job. This occurs even when trying to print a single envelope rather than trying to use a merge. Is there any solution for this problem?
Second problem:
After a long struggle to get the printer to recognize and print A4 from the MP Feeder, we've discovered that the printer is cutting off the bottom half of page numbers on SOME pages (but not all). This only occurs when printing to A4. The margins are all standard in the Word docs and margin adjustment apparently does nothing anyway. Is there a way to adjust margins within the printer or should I just create a custom size rather than using the standard A4 setting that comes default in the printer?
