I have a Dell v313 printer connected to my desktop that runs Win 7...At the end of June it worked with no problems, went on vaca, unplug it and my computer. 2 weeks later I plug it back in and it won't print or make copies...I deep cleaned, realigned, unplugged the power block, re installed it and it still won't print or make copies....It will print the results from the deep cleaning, the alignment, and the page generated from installing, both in color and black ink., but it will not print or copy anything I ask it to....Any ideas that I haven't already tried?
