I recently updated a clients computers to Windows 10 and can seem to get the 2330d driver that I downloaded to allow me to print from Tray 2. If I log into the printer using Chrome, it says that Tray 2 is OK. But when I go to the preferences in the printer properties, Tray 2 is greyed out - not available. Is there a driver available that allows the added features/functions of this printer to be accessed?
