My stepmother is having problems getting mail in Office Outlook. When it was initially set up it seemed to work, but then a couple days later she could not receive mail. So she went out of Office Outlook and opened Outlook Express, and was able to receive mail. Since then only Express works. But she'd really prefer using Office Outlook. Is there a way to make Office Outlook the default setting? I'm not familiar with XP or Office, and we don't live near each other, so if anyone can provide step-by-step instructions I'd really appreciate it.
