Recently my hard drive crashed. Dell replaced it and I reloaded all the software. However, for Outlook 2003, I do not know what my "Microsoft Exchange Server Name" under the Emaill Accounts tab. How do I find out what that is so that I can get my email back up. Calls to Dell and Microsoft have yielded dead ends, each tells me it is the responsibility of the other. Please help!  Also, I am currently unable to send email from the account. I have a Road Runner account (DSL) and my hotmail account is set up to dump into outlook (a friend did that for me) but I currently can't send. I am computer illiterate so please feel free to talk in very simple language, like you would a child, it won't hurt my feelings. I'd rather get smarter than try and act smarter!
