Hello,

I have a Dell R430 with dual processor.

It currently has 4x32GB PC4-2133 memory modules working (128GB).

From a decommissioned server, I have available 8x16GB PC4-2400 which I'd like to add to this server to total 256GB but I'm confused with where to put each module to make the configuration valid. I've read what seem like conflicting information about how many modules can be used for CPU1 and for CPU2.

Could someone kindly clarify where each module should go given the above configuration?

I understand the memory speed will be lowered to 2133 as it is the lowest speed out of both.
