License Software DD3300

I recently needed to replace the motherboard on our DD3300 server. The enterprise license was backed up to the Software  before replacing the motherboard. However, after installing the new motherboard, applying the correct service tag, configuring Software access, and attempting to import the backed-up license, error occurred.

Our PRO SUPPORT expired on April 24, 2023. I called support and they couldn't transfer me to support anymore. I couldn't get in touch via chat. I would just like a new file, as I think the exported file was corrupted.
