CD drive not working

Hi,

My Dimension 3000 does not read any cd's or dvd's in the drive, I was wondering anyone else having or had the same problem.

Help!

My dimensio E310 does not release a CD I placed before.

In the Device Manager .........

Start | Control Panel | System in classic view | Hardware tab | Device Manager

Click on the (+) next to DVD/CD-ROM drives and it will reveal the Brand and Model
of the drives. Post that.
