I am trying to download a couple of CDs to iTunes.  They happen to be dual disks (CD on one side, DVD on the other) and the program -- actually any program does not recognize that any physical disk is in the drive.  I have 3 1/2 old machine with the following drives:

 

JLMS DVD-ROM XJ-HD166

_NEC DVD+RW ND2100AD

 

Also, for some strange reason I can only upload disks on the RW drive, not the DVD drive.  Just a bit curious.
