I recently bought a new Dell computer running Windows 7 and no external hard drives, flash drives, or media players show up on the computer. The only place you can find it is on the list of drivers because it knows that it's plugged in, (it downloads required drivers) but it won't let you access it or even find it on the computer. Does anyone know any way to fix this?
