When I run Pc Checkup on my new XPS 8300 I get 3 cannot run after

Smart Status Test

Smart Thresholds Test

Smart Short Self Test

They all read Cannotrun after PC Checkup is finished. Does any one have an Idea why this happens? I already had the system exchanged once already and I got this one Yesterday. Last one had same problem and the tech didnt know what it was, that one had a Hitachi HDD, this one has a Seagate.
