I have an Inspiron 1520 and I tried to download the SP3 update.  I have Vista.  When I turned the computer on this morning, I keep getting an message that says configuring updates 3 of 3....then it says shutting down.  It keeps going back and forth.  I cannot get to my desktop.  I cannot even get into safemode.

 

Can anyone help me with this issue?
