I have tried countless times to clean files, tune performance, and optimize the network and though it used to work for me, it just doesn't seem to anymore. When I do a full scan and "run all" it still goes through them all with percentage descriptors for how done it is, as if it was actually cleaning files and etc, but once the scan is complete it will still say last run in Nov 2022. I have also tried running those three categories individually and continuously got the error shown in the attached screenshot, telling me to try again. One site suggested closing and reopening as an administrator but I couldn't even access that option when right-clicking on the program (and I am the administrator and only user for this laptop)
