Cannot Install IT Assistant?

Morning All,

I am trying to install IT Assistant on an Small Business Server which is our domain controller. I dont know if the products are compatible but Server Administrator seemed to work fine. This is my error:

The upgrade patch cannot be installed by the Windows Installer service because the program to be upgraded may be missing, or the upgrade patch may update a different version of the program. Verify that the program to be upgraded exists on you computer and that yoiu have the correct upgrage patch.

 Any Thoughts are appreciated...

PS, If this doesnt work on SBS then can I use my SQL server even though it is not my domain controller.

Thanks for posting!  First, you probably don't have that many servers to monitor, so you can install ITA on a 32-bit Windows desktop system.  I think you may have gotten the wrong file, make sure you are using this one:

I suggest installing ITA on a system that does not have SQL on it and does not have much network traffic due to other applications.
