Yesterday I check my system entirely, disk defrag and clean up, everything is looking O.K. I then tried to run the most updated version of spybot S&D and when things were about cleaned up, my computer shuts down. Now I can't run spybot because it does the same thing over and over again. Also, today in fact, I was playing a game that has always run great on this pc, but the minute the game lagged a little bit I was shut down exactly the way spybot had me shut down. I know for sure this is not an internet problem, because it has happened when I am not on the internet. Could it be some computer security setting problem with regards to RAM usage, virtual memory, I'm not sure, but all I know is that I can't figure this one out on my own. I'm fairly computer savy, but I'm lost on how to fix this problem, I've tried system restore and removed all but that one gaming program (Age of Empires 2). What else is there that I can try?
