Help.  I have my nephew's computer that I'm trying to fix.  Dimension 2350, running XP Home.  I'm sure it's infested with viruses.  Keep getting low virtual memory errors after booting up.  System runs so incredibly slow I can't even bring up the RUN screen, or task manager.  It is currently not on the internet. 

 

Is an OS reinstall the only option?
