Notebook Vostro 3520 travando fora da tomada

Hello!

I have a Dell Vostro 3520 that is 1 year and 3 months old and when it is unplugged, it freezes a lot to the point where the computer stops completely and only comes back if I force restart it.

Sometimes when it starts to freeze and I plug it in, it comes back on, but it freezes again even when it's plugged in.

I have already run the verification tool and it shows me that everything is fine with the machine.

I would like some solution, since this problem started right after the warranty expired.

As shown in the image, everything is fine, so I can't understand why the computer freezes when disconnected from the socket or even with it.

I have already reinstalled Windows, recovering files and also restored from scratch. All updates are installed and up to date.
