Preciso alocar mais VRAM na BIOS para meu Ryzen 5500u funcionar corretamente.

Comprei esse notebook por conta da a APU Ryzen 5500u poder processar alguns programas de edição de vídeo e jogos sem problemas de desempenho porém estou enfrentando problemas porque a BIOS da DELL não permite aumentar a quantidade de VRAM que será ultilizada pela APU/Processador, por conta disso eu fico com desempenho bem limitado, sendo obrigado a ultilizar 512mb de vram padrão para processamento gráfico e perco muito desempenho e fps em todos os programas que necessitam de mais VRAM.
Lembrando que os concorrentes ACER e LENOVO permitem alteração dessas opções de uso de VRAM na BIOS: 512mb / 1GB / 2GB / 4GB / 6GB / 8GB dedicado para VRAM, pesquisei em tudo e ja vi várias reclamações sobre o mesmo problema nos laptops da Dell, preciso que a fabricante resolva isso, se eu não consigo ultilizar nem 50% da capacidade gráfica da APU que comprei então o produto é falho e o cliente esta sendo enganado.
Estou super insatisfeito com isso, a solução relativamente simples seria a DELL lançar um update de BIOS com a possibilidade da alteração.

Anyway, any task or game that requires more than the 512mb reserved for the iGPU will use up virtual memory. The performance loss is minimal using an Nvme. Look this (Pt/BR):

Your bottleneck may be the power used by Ryzen 5 during the game. These Ryzen need ~25W (CPU package power) to deliver virtually all of their gaming performance. From 20W it already delivers a good performance.
Check how much your processor is consuming during games where you've had problems.
One more thing, memory modules of type 1Rx16 cause a big decrease in the performance of the integrated video. On average something between 20 and 30%.
If you are in dual channel with good memories and your power is OK maybe the Vega 7 is insufficient for what you are playing.

Is your system in dual channel? If not, this is the main factor for poor graphics performance.
Having 512mb or 2gb reserved on the Vega has little influence on actual performance, as the difference between single and dual channel is like day and night.

Yes I am using dual channel on my machine but never mind the issue is 512mb of VRAM.
When software needs more than 512MB I have stutter because of low vram, frame drop...
It makes no sense to have an APU and not be able to increase the use of VRAM by RAM in the BIOS, all DESKTOPS have this technology, the competitors that manufacture laptops also have it.

The biggest problem is stuttering,
If DELL put the dedicated VRAM option in the BIOS it would help with several systemic factors,
Anyway thanks for the help, you are technically right about CPU power and RAM types,
