I have installed Dell Power manager on my laptop (Windows 11) , battery setting is primarily AC use, but its battery is still charging 100 % . As per the normal practice if the battery is set to AC use then the battery will not be charged and shows status "Not charging". Please guide me in this regard.
See the requirements which state-- "Dell Power Manager is supported on Dell Inspiron laptops, Vostro laptops and XPS laptops running exclusively on Windows 10, and requires Microsoft .NET Framework 4.6.1 to be installed on the system."
What exact model computer? Remember that main batteries on today's models can weaken or fail after only 18 to 24 months. You cannot extend battery life by using AC all the time. See this for more-
