Very low benchmark scores

Hi ! My Vostro 5000 series laptop with ryzen 5 5500U is scoring way below than other laptops with the same chip. When plugged in, I am getting around 3800 in multi-core whereas other laptops are scoring above 5000. My Dell power manager app is also missing thermal management option and there's no performance mode either in windows power settings. What to do now ?

For your Ryzen 5500U to reach 5900 or 6000 in multi-core performance in Geekbench 5, you must install two RAM module, I recommend to get Dual Rank RAM, two identical modules, they are usually sold as a RAM kit, either 2 x 8GB or 2 x 16GB RAM. You will only see better Geekbench multicore benchmark results with Dual Channel, what requires 2 identical in size modules.
