I just bought a new Dell Vostro 5471 with I7 8550U cpu, and find some annoying issues. First is CPU usage and fan noise. Each several minutes, the CPU goes to 25 - 30% with different processes. For example WMI or wsappx processes. When it happens, the fan goes mad and it is really noisy for about two minutes. The second issue is about some buzzing noise, which comes under keyboard. It sounds like if someone use old HDD on his desktop pc. It is really annoying in quiet room. The noise stops, when I unplug the power cable.
