ATI pop-up

The Catalyst Control Center is not supported by the driver version of your enabled graphics adapter. Please update your ATI graphics driver, or enable your ATI adapter using the Displays Manager.

Had this problem before and dell tech solved it without downloading the latest version. Now, I had to replace the harddrive and this pops-up again on startup. How to stop this pop-up?

Either uninstall the Catalyst Control Center or go to the ATI download site and download the latest Catalyst/Driver version for your Video card.  If you have the correct version drivers you won't have the conflict.
