Could you please tell me where to look for the file which contains the programs which launch when starting up Windows?  I'm running Windows XP Pro on a Dell Latitude D830 and would like to remove an annoying program from launching every single time I luanch Windows, but leave the program on my computer so I can luanch it by itself when I need it.  Thank you very much.  Paul
