I get a: "cannot find D:setup.exe"and then "cannont load D:\setup.exe specified in registry " on startup. Told to "make sure exist or remove."

I cannot find how to  find or remove from registry. I have found only that it is sensitive to work in registry so I better know what I am doing and how to do it.  Thanks
