I have a lot of icons on my desk (I'm a loan officer and when I pull credit, have a form to "save" it ends up on my desktop.  I would like to consolidate these somewhere else besides my desktop in a folder for each client.   I thought I could send them to my documents but they end up a mess (not English, different symbols, letters).  A lot of my documents have been ending up like this when I save them. Also, how do I consolidate my document folders?  I have a ton - with different forms / letters for each one. Thanks for help :)
