I have a dimension L1000R with windows me.  I need to use the extra large pointer scheme because of visual impairment.  When I us the extra large point it constantly flickers and pulses especially when loading web pages.  If I switch back to the default pointer, the flicker goes away.  Any ideas on how I can resolve this problem?
