See if the sites are blocked by your HOSTS file (C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc\hosts) or some third-party application.

AOL Intstant Messanger and Norton Secruity doesnt work either

i cant tell if i have viruses because norton is offline

2. Norton updates can be loaded manually from:

3. Try using Norton in Safe Mode if doesn't work in Normal.
